One of the things I do to maintain my smooth skin is do a BODY SCRUB weekly. My favorite BODY SCRUB partner is ST. IVES APRICOT SCRUB. I’m always cautious in the skin products I used because I have a very sensitive skin that easily reddens and develop rashes that darkens easily. But with St. Ives Apricot Scrub I don’t get any skin reactions and rashes rather what I get is a very smooth skin.

Why APRICOT SCRUB? Apricot contains powerful antioxidants that gently cleanse the skin. Apricot oil is known to hydrate and nourish skin. It is also known to contain the highest level of carotenoids (Vitamin A) which help to have a more nourished and fresh skin. (SOURCE)

Other Key Ingredients of ST. IVES APRICOT SCRUB are:

Corn Kernel Meal is a flour ground from dried corn. It’s a soft, but gently powerful all-natural exfoliant that promotes skin cell turnover and regeneration. Cornmeal makes softer-feeling, fresher skin possible.

WALNUT is known for its hard shell, but when it’s ground, it becomes an amazingly effective, all-natural exfoliant ingredient in our scrubs. Not only are walnuts plentiful on the planet, they also help newer, healthier skin come to the surface. (SOURCE)

You can instantly feel the smoothness it brings to your skin. It also has a sweet scent. After using this I can’t stop touching and caressing my own skin (hehehe). What’s important is that it gently exfoliates my skin rubbing of dirt “libag” and skin discoloration.

You can buy ST. IVES APRICOT SCRUB at the Malls Department Store, Watsons, and Cosmetic sections at the Groceries.  It cost about P200 pesos up.

At first I was a bit shy to let the manicurist scrub my foot and legs, legs?..  YES!,  legs because at ENVY ME SALON the FOOT SPA service is not only concentrated on the FOOT. Their FOOT SPA service includes the legs. The Manicurist will soak your foot at the FOOT SPA machine while doing your MANICURE then scrub your foot and legs with ST. IVES APRICOT SCRUB. [...]
