VENTOSA is a form of massage therapy performed by placing glass in specific accupoints on your back with a technique used to create a vacuum inside the glass. The vacuum created will “suck” out excess and unnecessary air that is inside your body. You can feel extra relaxation after this massage therapy. Sometimes our body gathers extra air that goes and stays inside the muscles which sometimes results to muscle and body pain in cebuano term we call it “panuhot.”

How is Ventosa different from “cupping” coz that is what they call it here sa Kuwait? Most probably terminology lang coz your description pretty much nails what cupping is.
Anyhoo, I am more partial on hot stone massage than cupping mostly because heat relaxes me more than pain does. Murag difference sa thai massage ug sa aroma therapy swedish therapy massage ba.

hi! i love going to spa and have a whole body massage for at least once a month only but i don’t really feel any changes with my back especially every time i wake up! i still suffer from whole back pain! i haven’t tried ventosa… i want it later in your salon

after having my ventosa massage, 3 days ako di makatayo ..hay!kasakit sko likod full of hematoma..kasakit oi..maybe because it’s my first time to have it,gani2 lng guro ang result,bka celebrate ko ang pasko na pasan ang sakit sa likod ko..huhuhu…
